Rental garden transformation
3 Gardens was asked by Soco Realty, a property management business in South Perth, to clean up this property in readiness for new tenants to move in.
The work required was to initially attend and spray all the weeds, then return in several days to prune overgrown trees and vegetation and remove the larger weeds.
To complete the makeover 5m3 of mulch was spread over the garden beds.
The property manager was very impressed with the clean look.
